Policies
Cancellation PoliciesDue to the fact that you are reserving a rental home, which is a single entity and not a hotel/motel with numerous rooms to rent, we have no cancellation policy. When the home is rented we immediately mark our availability calendar dates as booked, therefore any guests requesting or e-mailing us for the dates reserved will be told the home is not available. If you must cancel your reservation, we will make every attempt to re-rent the home. Should the home be re-rented the following will apply: You will be charged a $150.00 cancellation fee, all credit card transactions ran will be subject to a 5% fee or $50 whichever is greater, refunds will be payable to the tenant within 30 days after the subsequent re-rent payment has cleared our accounts. If the possibility of a cancellation concerns you, please look into trip cancellation insurance. There are several sites online that explain the policies, and offer this service.
