Lake Geneva Area Rentals specializes in property management in the Lake Geneva and surrounding areas.  We pride ourselves on keeping vacancy rates low by properly advertising your home and charge a modest fee for securing a tenant and getting your property rent-ready. One-time property management services available.
For the first months rent, we will market and advertise your property, screen and secure a qualified tenant, collect the deposit, 1st months rent, and lease.

OUR PERSONAL GUARANTEE:  If your tenant breaks their lease in the 1st six months, she will re-lease your property for Free!
