Located on the beautiful shores of GenevaLake, the RivieraLake front Facilities can offer you the nostalgic memories of a bygone era and the scenic beauty of the lake front. Boutiques, shops, restaurants, carriage rides and daily boat cruises are favorites of our guests.

The Lake Geneva area is a Mecca for recreational pursuits. A walking path over 20 miles long surrounds the lake. Enjoy the scenic wonder of the tree-studded shores dotted with fabulous mansions of yesteryear. A number of challenging courses await the avid golfer with 25 courses within 25 miles. Spas, horseback riding, fishing charters and public parks are all available for year round fun. Winter activities include the Winter Festival, downhill or cross-country skiing and snowmobiling.

Policies
Cancellation PoliciesDue to the fact that you are reserving a rental home, which is a single entity and not a hotel/motel with numerous rooms to rent, we have no cancellation policy. When the home is rented we immediately mark our availability calendar dates as booked, therefore any guests requesting or e-mailing us for the dates reserved will be told the home is not available. If you must cancel your reservation, we will make every attempt to re-rent the home. Should the home be re-rented the following will apply: You will be charged a $150.00 cancellation fee, all credit card transactions ran will be subject to a 5% fee or $50 whichever is greater, refunds will be payable to the tenant within 30 days after the subsequent re-rent payment has cleared our accounts. If the possibility of a cancellation concerns you, please look into trip cancellation insurance. There are several sites online that explain the policies, and offer this service. We just got back to St. Louis last night after our stay at the Nautical Inn, and I wanted to let you know what a terrific time we had. Everything was perfect. We angled the dining room table so we could butt the kitchen table up to it, and had plenty of room for all of us to play cards and enjoy meals together.
We were all so impressed at how thoughtful you were, from that terrific notebook you put together, to the wonderfully stocked kitchen, to the extra bathroom supplies and the card table and chairs that were waiting for us.
After negotiating the downtown traffic for a couple of hours, we really appreciated the convenience of the parking area behind the house. And you were absolutely right - we could walk to everything!
My only real worry was how 11 adults would share 2 bathrooms!! I am happy to report that we had no problems at all! Obviously our group has learned how "to share well with others". :)

The 6 bedroom Nautical Inn home is a whimsical treat. Decorated throughout in all Lighthouse, Sailboats and Nautical decor, guests are sure to find this home fun, relaxing and filled with every imaginable amenity needed for a home away from home.
Sleeping up to 14 comfortably, the home features 2 bedrooms and one full bathroom on the main level and 4 additional bedrooms and a full bathroom upstairs, large living room and dining room for entertaining, fully-stocked kitchen and a parlor area with a sleeper sofa for additional sleeping quarters.
Looking for additional space, the Nautical Inn 5 Bedroom home is right next door and can accommodate 12 more guests. Add in the Studio Apartment that can accommodate another 3 guests. Sleeping a total of 29 all at The Nautical Inn you are sure to have the greatest time with all your family and friends together. Homes do not need to be rented together; all the available options can be rented individually.
